Adobe Flash Player Administration Guide
Sounds like something only an IT administrator could love - and maybe so - but people have been asking for this information for a long time, and now it’s finally here. This Adobe Flash Player Administration Guide covers Flash Player 8 and Flash Player 9. It describes Flash Player, how it’s installed, how it works, and how you can control it to suit the needs of a specific network environment. This 86-page document is intended for IT or administrative professionals who manage the installation or use of Flash Player for multiple users in a controlled environment.
When the product manager asked me to post this document to the Flash Player Developer Center, I felt that such a large PDF needed some sense of context and additional clarification so people would know what they were opening. The Flash Player Administration Guide’s landing page is an attempt to provide this information, including a chapter breakdown.
Anyway, if you’ve ever wondered the answer to “why install Flash Player?” (yes, it’s in there), go ahead and check out this admin guide.
